Job Title: Recruiter (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing) Reporting To: Talent Acquisition Leader, EMEA South Location: Monza, Italy. This is an on-site role Language Requirements: Fluent English & Italian Language skills are essential. Additional language skills would be beneficial Experience requirements: Previous experience recruiting into the Pharmceutical sector is REQUIRED. How will you make an impact? Working within a fun, supportive and driven international team, you'll be responsible for recruiting a wide variety of roles for our sites in Italy including manufacturing, operations, commercial, leadership & corporate positions.
This involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes/CV's, interviewing applicants and referring well-qualified candidates to our hiring managers to meet the goal of attracting and retaining the best talent.
What will you do? Partner with Hiring Managers and Field HR partners to lead the recruitment process for active open positions.Conducting recruitment strategy meetings with hiring managerDeveloping and leading the recruitment sourcing strategyProactively sourcing talentConducting telephone screen interviews with candidatesFacilitating debrief meetingsCoordinating offer approvals and extending offersBuilding Talent PipelinesActively utilise TA technology to promote our opportunities, Employer Brand & EVPPartner closely with Hiring Managers and Field HR throughout the processParticipate in projects as neededHow will you get here?
