, PhilippinesJob Family Group:Human Resources JobsWorker Type:RegularPosting Start Date:April 27, 2023Business unit:Human ResourcesExperience Level: Early CareersJob Description: HR Process and Systems Specialist – Hiring and OnboardingPurpose and Accountabilities:PurposeThe purpose of this position is to drive process and data quality of the end to end Hiring and Onboarding process globally with consideration of the complexities on multiple system maintenance and country variations.The position is responsible in the timely execution of corrective actions, quality error resolution and proactive implementation of quality controls to address error trends and drive improvements on the end to end Hiring and Onboarding process.Accountabilities:Act as the quality focal point for any master data, system and integration errors resulting from the execution of the Hiring and Onboarding process in WorkdayAnalyze errors and work with technical team as needed to understand the root causes and possible solutionsEnsure payroll critical and pay impacting errors are prioritized and resolved for correct payroll processingEstablish an effective error handling and correction process together with the Hiring Single Focal Point Team Leads including articulating where and how data is used in end-to-end Hiring and Onboarding process in relation to other related HR processes i.e. Organizational Management, Payroll/Compensation, etc.Initiates proactive and/or corrective action to identify and recommend/develop quality control improvements to address data quality issues for process efficiencyResponsible for the creation/updating of process documentation and training for error handling and correctionProvide real-time and proactive coaching to Hiring Single Focal Points to address errors on a regular basisProvide regular error report/trends including analysis and possible solution to Recruitment Operations – Hiring and Onboarding teamWork closely with Hiring Single Focal Point Team Leads to effectively implement quality controls and highlight any performance management that needs to be in placeEnsure compliance to Data Management and Data Privacy guidelinesDimensions:This is an individual contributor role and responsible for process and data quality of all Hiring and Onboarding process executed by a total of 33 Hiring Single Focal Points  This role reports to the Recruitment Operations Manager – Hiring and Onboarding Scope: GlobalEnd-users: Key client types are Hiring Single Focal Points and Team Leads, Payroll teams, DevOps team and Shell People and Integration teamsTargets – circa 4,000 hires annuallySkills and Requirements:Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:Strong analytical skills, strong attention to details, problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work under pressure and tight constraintsProven coaching and training experienceStrong knowledge of e2e hiring and onboarding process Knowledge in payroll processing, local policies and variances is an advantageKnowledge on Microsoft Excel functions and data reporting and analysis English communication skills (good command, both written & oral)Strong interpersonal skillsStrong continuous improvement mindsetAdditional Information:Key Challenges• Various country-specific data elements for hiring and onboarding process which may impact payroll processing• Known and unknown system complexities in Shell People, WorkDay and multiple integrations within the hiring and onboarding process• Support implementation of WorkDay as a new system and ensure data quality management of both Workday and Shell People until Shell People is decommissioned• Drives operational excellence through data quality and operational efficiency• Ensures that the execution of processes is consistent with design, controls, data quality and data privacy requirements-DISCLAIMER:Please note: We occasionally amend or withdraw Shell jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to the advertised closing date.
