Relationship Manager

Our client is a foreign investment bank dedicated to the corporate segment. For the new Italian branch, we are looking for a Relationship Manager to expand the Wholesale team. The professional, part of a team and reporting directly to the manager, will be responsible for developing and identifying new clients by offering the bank's services and products. The main responsibilities of the role will be: Work with other members of Front Office team to help grow client relationships, business, and income; Maintaining and growing existing relationships with Italian a Corporates; Creating new relations to deliver in the revenue origination targets; Origination and pricing of Trade Finance transactions ( such as: confirmation and LCs discounts, issuance of guarantees, RCFs, TLs). Risk and market analysis; Liaison with and maintenance of effective relationships with other areas of the Bank such as Country Manager, Senior Relationship Managers; Establish detailed marketing plans and travel to meet with existing and prospect clients; Obtain all necessary information from the clients to support an adequate capital and credit approval process; Maintain client files, reports and provide regular reports to line management; Work closely with Middle Office in the preparation of Credit Applications; Bachelor's degree in economics or related fields; 3/5 years of experience gained in international corporate investment banks; Deep knowledge of Trade Finance products; Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong medium to long-term relationships; Fluent knowledge of the English language.
