Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.Partner with the bestIn this role, you will handle technical queries regarding operation, auxiliaries, controls and instrumentation from customers on worldwide BH IET installed fleet.You will also provide technical support to site team during operational phases as well as during plant outages.You will investigate technical issues and support troubleshooting on site to define the recovery strategy, when needed he will coordinate multifunctional teams to deliver root cause failure analyses (RCA) and discuss its outcomes with end customers and internal stakeholders, follow up with implementation and deliver structured feedback to Product Design teams for continuous product improvement.You will provide technical support to site team during Operation phases as well as during plant outages.As a Reliability Improvement Engineer, you will take the lead in effective communication of business objectives within a designated area or business segment.
