Our Restructuring services team assists clients in debt and industrial restructuring with financial advisory and/or support services to help them prepare business plans that stabilise the business and usher in sustainable change. Our consultants are involved in debt restructuring, distressed M&As and lender advisory activities for multinationals, family-run enterprises, private equity funds and financial institutions. As part of our team, your tasks could include: • analysing the financial performance of target companies to identify the actual financial situation of an enterprise; • financial modelling and business planning; • independent business reviews of business plans; • commercial and operational due diligence; • cost cutting analysis and organizational improvement.As a member of this dynamic and highly motivated team, you will be part of the deal from day one, playing an active role in various projects and liaising with the key executives involved. The ideal candidate has:• 2/3 years of experience in debt restructuring, company crisis and/or corporate finance; • specialist degree in business with a focus on finance/AFC and/or engineering management; • excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad; • excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
