MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS Listed below are the minimum mandatory requirements for candidatesfor this role.
Ø A minimum of 1-2 years in a revenue management and/oranalytical role.
o Experiencein an international hotel chain or hotel group.
o Experiencein a Marriott or Hilton hotel
o Experiencein a luxury hotel affiliated with LHW
Ø Operation knowledge of the following systems:
o OnQ PMS,Opera PMS, Protel PMS, CRS/CRO Software
Ø Excellent skills in Excel and high-level presentationskills via PowerPoint or other tools.
Ø Native or fluent in Italian (written and spoken)
Ø Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Ø Must be EU Citizen or in possession of Italian workvisa.
PREFERREDSKILLS/KNOWLEDGE Listed below are preferred skills and knowledge for this role whichwill be considered as an advantage.
Ø Previous experience in hotel operations (FrontOffice, Reservations, other)
Ø Operational knowledge of RMS: Duetto, Ideas, other
Ø Expertise of OTA's – Extranet, functionality, etc.

OBJECTIVE OF THIS ROLE TheRevenue & Distribution Analyst (RDA) will work with the Group Director ofRevenue Strategy & Distribution and the revenue team to coordinate allrevenue strategies across all of the IHC hotels. He/She works closely with thedigital marketing and sales teams as well as the operations teams in eachhotel.
He/Shereports to the Group Director of Revenue Strategy & Distribution.

SCOPE OF THIS ROLE Ø Ensure professional and efficientutilization of all systems, in line with company best practices and standardoperating procedures.
Ø Ensure that sales and pricing strategiesare based on sound commercial judgement through effective analysis andreporting.
Ø Ensure effective information gatheringand analysis is conducted in order to identify and maximise on all possibleopportunities and minimise any risks.
Ø Competitiveand Demand Analysis: ensures rate shopping data is consistent, appropriate andeffectively analysed
Ø Providedaily, weekly and monthly reporting.
Ø Ensuresoccupancy and inventory are optimized within hotels.
Ø Providescritical analysis of strategies, room statistics and demand factors.
Ø Buildand maintain strong working relationships with levels of staff at IHC hotels.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ANDDUTIES Ø Execute revenue management anddistribution strategy of the hotels and day to day yield operations.
Ø Elaborate daily KPI analyses via Excel, BI Tools, other analytic software
Ø Apply daily rate andinventory updates
Ø Periodic Rate loadingwithin PMS, CRS, GD S
Ø Ensure all related systems are configuredcorrectly
Ø Daily pick-up analysis, strategyadjustments and reporting.
Ø Perform competitive benchmark studies andfollow market trends.
Ø Ensure web site booking process ismaintained up-to-date and functional.
Ø Regularly check the input and the qualityof data (segmentation, denials tracking, etc.).
Ø Evaluate performance of distributionpartners and contracted rates (OTA, FIT, tour operator, corporate, consortia,groups, etc).
Ø Support the annual revenue budgetprocess.
Ø Any other reasonable requests made bymanagement.
