, PhilippinesJob Family Group:FinanceWorker Type:RegularPosting Start Date:March 17, 2023Business unit:FinanceExperience Level: Early CareersJob Description: • Exercise due diligence in performing AP control activities• Escalate items that interfere with the completion of the reconciliation activities to the Controls Team Manager• Perform the control activities within set global and local performance metric targets;• Understand and effectively operate applicable SOX and business controls• Coordinate with various stakeholders including the business, Contracting & Procurement, Inventory Management and third-party suppliers in order to resolve controls issues;• Identify and implement process improvements within assigned task;• Responsible for determining when to escalate issues to the Controls Team Manager• Knows when to offer a hand to colleague in need• Manage good working relationship with stakeholders from various operating units• Learn new ERPs to be able to support other team members• Maintain high quality of output despite pressure in meeting daily cut offs• Work virtually with colleagues in the business, across centers and elsewhere in Finance Operations.• Perform one or a combination of the control & analysis activities enumerated below for GSAP and GSAP Chemicals ERP system:Disbursement Audit Duplicate Review AP Reporting Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt Analysis Parked and Blocked Chasing & Analysis SOAR Analysis/AP Account Reconciliation-DISCLAIMER:Please note: We occasionally amend or withdraw Shell jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to the advertised closing date.
