Rewiring is the enterprise initiative that is changing the way the business operates across the entire value chain to deliver value to our Customers and Stakeholders.As a Business System Program Manager you will be responsible for:Working with the IET leaders to design, plan and implement the new IET Business System within Gas Technology Services (GTS)Supporting the IET GTS Strategy Deployment through the A3, the X Functional Matrix and KPIs bowlersPartnering with the Lean Sensei in the organization to ensure consistent approach across business units and sitesServing as change agent by stimulating, communicating, and institutionalizing Lean initiativesBeing part and sponsor of the Edge Academy to create the next generation of IET leadersTeaching, training, coaching and mentoring team members in the use of Lean MindsetImproving customer satisfaction and business performanceDriving regular reviews with IET leadership to report progress and get inputsFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited universityHave experience of Lean methodology and/or Continuous ImprovementDisplay Critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesBe able in presenting status to the executive leadership team through KPIs and dataBe able to coach and mentor leaders and help them drive cultural changes within their organizationsBe ready and willing to provide and receive feedback, inspiring others to make improvement programs more effectiveShow ability to navigate uncertainty autonomously and fast learning in complex environmentSummaryLocation: IT-Firenze-RemoteType: Full time
