descrizione offertadettagli offertatreviso, venetoindeterminatocategoriamechanical or industrial engineeringriferimento18656The Technical & Engineering division of Randstad Professionals, specialized in the search and selection of middle and senior management profiles, on behalf of a client company in Treviso, sportswear sector, is looking for a:Field Sales EngineerWho will work with international, regional teams and Dealers, reporting directly to the Moto Product Support Manager – Sales Development.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES· Product training to the Dealer;· Provide applications and product support to customers in a timely manner;· Consult with Product Development department to advance the resolution of the issue in a timely manner.· Travel to customer sites for sales support or on-site troubleshooting.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS· Master's degree;· Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience;· Demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional and international environment, to lead by influence and earn trust at all levels;· Strong interpersonal skills, flexible and able to establish trust and reach alignment quickly;· Able to work both independently and within a team.· Hands-on experience in Road/Off-road motorcycle racing.· Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.· Strong analytical skills to advanced product knowledge and good problem solving;· Proficient in French (C1/C2 level);· Fluency in English (C1/C2level);· 3 years of professional experience in the Motorsports industry.· Proven ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders at all levels of responsibility (dealer shop owners, etc.).· Strong organizational and analytical skills.This position in available in Asolo (TV) – Italy.responsabilitàTechnical training and troubleshootingesperienza5 - 10competenzeFrench, EnglishqualifichePassione for motorsport/automotivelivello di studioLaurea II Liv.
