(Ricerca Urgente) Programmable Platform Specialist

The Programmable Platform Specialist is part of the Product Management Team and will be responsible for the programmable platform portfolio following both the product development and the related sales tools. The team is transversal to all verticals followed and should prioritize best opportunities for Food Service, Food Retail and HVAC together with the Market Product Managers.The candidate will have the responsibility to train customers about programable products during the customer engagement phase, with webinars or face-to-face mode. In order to guarantee maximum product adoption, He/She/They will be also developing tools such as presentations, videos, examples of how to use the product as well as documentation. Besides, the candidate will support the development of our system integrator network both externally as well as with the internal software development teams.Responsabilities:Training of customer' software development teams or system integratorsSupport on product launch presentations: slides, videos, webinarDevelopment of tools: templates, examples, function blocks and applicationsSpecify best practices and architectures while programming in the programmable platform in order to facilitate customer usage and reuseSupports programmable platform product management in collecting product requirementsSupports customers on web development pages  Supports customers on related tools: HMI programmingOur ideal candidate:Technical/Electronics degree or equivalentDemonstrated teaching capabilitiesKnowledge on PLC productsKnowledge of PLC code development, in particular ST, FBD, SFCSoftware development knowledge: C/C++, HTML, JavaScriptMCU development knowledge is a plusKnowledge of Refrigeration or HVAC is a plusGood Italian knowledgeDemonstrated good English fluency in speaking and in writing3rd language is a plusProblem analysis and problem-solving skillsInterpersonal and interdepartmental communicationFull time
