Safety and Compliance Coordinator Location: Near Anaheim, CA Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 DOE + profit-sharing + Benefits Benefits: Medical/ Dental/Vision 100% employer contribution, 401k w/ 25% match, Mileage & Cell Phone Reimbursement, Generous PTO + much more Job Type: Full-Time Start Date: ASAP Travel: 3 days per month for facility inspections and trainings Sponsorship is not available  Safety and Compliance Coordinator Description Our client in the HVAC Production and Manufacturing industry is looking for a Safety and Compliance Coordinator to add to their team near Anaheim, CA. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and regulatory compliance of the company's operations.  This position oversees OSHA compliance, and DOT drug and alcohol testing, designs and implements safety processes and audits, ensures compliance with federal and state regulations and investigates workplace injuries and claims. Safety and Compliance Coordinator Responsibilities •    Design and implement safety processes and training
•    Organize Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training
•    Oversee and maintain the Driver Consortium for DOT drug and alcohol testing programs
•    Prepare and distribute communications related to safety and compliance
•    Administer up-to-date environmental/compliance for federal and state programs
•    Review and assess new equipment, products, and tools
•    Oversee and assist in all incident/accident investigations
•    Monitor fleet and driver qualifications
•    Conduct site inspections
•    Coordinate and administer training programs for compliance
•    Oversee safety committees at each location
•    Create and maintain company-specific SOPS, policies, and procedures
•    Advise senior leadership on safety and compliance
•    Develop and coach facility location leaders on safety, compliance, and training topics
•    Address all OSHA matters and establish/administer all required certifications and training
Safety and Compliance Coordinator Qualifications •    2+ years of safety and compliance-related experience required 
•    Manufacturing or Industrial environment experience required
•    DOT, OSHA, CalOSHA, DOSH, ADOSH, and CUPA experience required
•    Bilingual in Spanish required
