What we're seeking: As the Sales Accelerator and Revenue Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and maximizing revenue generation for the company. You will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives, optimizing sales processes, and leading a team to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Your expertise in sales acceleration techniques, data analysis, and leadership will be instrumental in driving the company's success. In this remote role, you will be expected to collaborate with peers as required but can work anywhere in the contiguous United States. 
What you'll do: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth and achieve business objectives Process Optimization: Analyze existing sales processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement initiatives to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and drive productivity across the sales team Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance revenue generation Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the tools, resources, and training necessary to succeed. Develop and implement sales enablement programs to enhance sales effectiveness and drive results Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to maximize their potential and achieve individual and team goals Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure a cohesive approach to revenue generation Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Use insights gathered to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities for growth Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Understand their needs, address their concerns, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services What we offer: Nothing is more important to our success than the team that built it. Salary Range: $69,000 - $139,000 20 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per year Day one medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug plan 401k match of 50% on 6% of eligible compensation Same-sex spouse and domestic partner benefits coverage 10 weeks of paid parental leave, 3 weeks of paid caregiver leave, and up to $10k in adoption program assistance What background you should have: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on revenue generation and sales acceleration Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make strategic recommendations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and exceed targets Experience with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other sales enablement technologies Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities Frontier salaries are estimated by third parties and may or may not reflect actual or total compensation.
