Frequent travels in Italy and flexibility are required  Role Overview: He/she will be responsible for leading strategic opportunity proposals and campaigning efforts and organizing sales efforts towards the assigned customer within the Rail vertical. He/She should have technical knowledge of rolling stock and/or signalling product knowledge and engineering service areas to have discussions with customer key stakeholders. The role requires to provide a customer insight relating to business processes, strategy, organization, key people etc and help build Quest Global as a brand to the customer with the aim of scaling the account. He/she needs to have an in depth understanding of customer's business drivers and position Quest Global's offerings to meet those requirements. Required Skills (Technical Competency): Specialized Knowledge / Skills: 5+ years of experience selling or leading engineering service solutions in the Italy Market for Rail sector. In particular, experience of negotiating and closing commercials and an existing network of key contacts & relationships with customers in the Mechanical/Electrical/Software Engineering and/or product development knowledge. A global outlook with an entrepreneurial mindset but at the same time the ability to adapt and grow as part of a high growth organization. Training in Sales and/or account management related areas is desired A degree in BS or MS Engineering would be preferred. Desired Skills: · ?
