Job summary
The role is for a Freelancer responsible for generating business from the Italy marketDeveloping the sales and portfolio of active clientsReaching sales objectives defined by management
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Promoting KuoniTumlare services in Italy through client visits and phone calls• Expanding the portfolio of KuoniTumlare clients• Generating group and FIT business using networks in Europe or outside Europe• Promoting activities to promote destinations specified in the annual target/goals• Maintaining communication with local offices to ensure smooth business operations• Identifying new products or activities to promote in coordination with destination offices• Participating in sales trips, travel workshops, and fairs in Europe as agreed with GM• Organizing fam trips and educational tours for clients as required• Responsible for marketing activities on assigned markets for own clients• Providing monthly sales reports and analysis of the market and sales activities
Requirements
• Commercially minded and sales driven• Deep understanding of the travel industry and market situation• Entrepreneurial and creative approach• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills• Ability to effectively influence at multiple levels• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams• Excellent multitasking and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines• Proven experience of operations and knowledge of internal procedures, systems, and process management• Ability to lead and embrace change• Degree qualified in Tourism and Travel Business• Fluent English language skills• Good technical skills in Microsoft Office – Word/Excel/PDF
