We are seeking a proactive and analytical S&OP Analyst to join our SEE Cluster Supply Chain Team. This full-time role, based in the vibrant city of Rome, offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of our S&OP processeswithin a inclusive, innovative global FMCG business. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the monthly S&OP process, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for plan enhancement and work closely with various cluster teams to refine demand planning and ensure alignment across functions. Principle Accountabilities Review and analyze the forecast demand versus actual demand, understanding changes and trends. Assist in the resolution of key supply-demand/service-cost issues. Assist with the coordination, facilitation, and documentation of regularly scheduled planning meetings. Create and drive continuous improvement of Cluster S&OP processes. Support in network optimization process to mitigate costs and maximize service. Prepare analysis and documentation and attend S&OP meetings. Skills and Experience Degree (BA or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Economy, Accounting, Engineering or close fields of expertise. Relevant experience in Supply Chain / Planning or closely related areas. Fluency in English and Italian. Analytical skills and attention to details. Strong communication skills. Experienced user of Excel, SAP/APO and Power BI.
