The person has a deep knowledge of portfolio, process and vendor pricing, manages all quotes and closes orders.The person will be responsible for Building Excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge in order to have detailed conversation with customers on solution and identify opportunities to involve the right people in the companyRESPONSABILITIES:Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers.Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targetsProactively develop relationships with key internal and external contactsEngages in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develops short, medium and long term activities to drive appropriate customer engagementsManages customer backorder and Reporting along specialist knowledge and engages in "intelligent project fishing"Manages project end-to-end or hands over to pre sales for technical requirementsProvide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotionsEnsure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customersAttainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as customer engagementIdentifies project opportunities and engages with BDMs if specific product/ vendor knowledge is requiredProvides accurate and timely quotations (SMB Managed (AS), SP/ E-Var/ SI segment, Specialists (IBM), entire AS BUs)Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunitiesWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:5+ years of experienceEnglish and Italian – professional proficiencyAppreciate experience with vendors like Adobe, Alludo, Claris,...Numerate with good attention to detailExcellent telephone manner and Effective Communication SkillsPriority management and planning skillsStrive to achieve set targetsGood relationship buildingIdeal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRMA knowledge of product set would be desirable but not essentialIT industry knowledge would be desirable but not essentialWHAT DO WE OFFER:Hybrid work - (2 days at the office, 3 days at home)We value continuous learning and provide a clear progression plan.We provide comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid leave, retirement plans, and more."At TD SYNNEX, we embrace diversity and promote equal opportunities.
