Sales and Service Lead the team of Jet Set Ambassadors to ensure they are prioritizing exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business both in store and through Virtual Shopping. Ensure Jet Set Ambassadors maintain client communication using all available clienteling apps and tools. Proactively manage client database to increase sales. Ensure sales and unit goals and all relevant KPIs are set for Jet Set Ambassadors and communicated effectively. Operations Ensure loss prevention is a key priority, assuming responsibility for taking quick action on early indications of any loss, collaborating with with SM, ASM and LPRM.Ensure all company communication platforms are used effectively and relevant actions taken. You'll Need to Have: Relevant proven retail experience with a fast-paced retailer. Technology proficient, knowledge and use of leveraging technology to drive sales and customer experience. Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment keeping a positive attitude and maintaining Speed, Energy and Optimism. Proficiency in KPIs and Microsoft Office.
