Sales Support Specialist Responsibilities   •    Collaborate closely with the Executive Sales Manager, supporting multiple accounts
•    Create and fill out order forms in the PLM system 
•    Assist with note taking during sales meetings and follow ups 
•    Ship order samples to buyers
•    Coordinate with the Product Development team on buyer feedback
•    Assist with the order life cycle process
•    Manage PLM software and customer portals efficiently
•    Review purchase orders for accuracy in dates, units, and prices
•    Track orders for all accounts using Excel master sheets
•    Maintain internal and external communications
Sales Support Specialist Qualifications •    2+ years of account support experience required 
•    Excellent organizational and communication skills required 
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
•    Ability to work in the office is required
