Salesforce Business Analyst

We are looking for a CRM business analyst that will be part of the ICT department and in particular in the Omnichannel Team. The figure will be dedicated to the digital transformation projects and will partecipate in the development on business process based on business requirements and functional design for major initiatives ensuring an end to end process solution.Main activitiesHandle system administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards and workflowsManage daily Salesforce instancesComplete regular functional test to validate the system upgradesAssist and support user community members for define and document development requirements by training programResolve user support ticketRequirementsBachelor's/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualificationPrevious experience in Fashion and Luxury Industry or in Retail business is preferredAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Automation applicationsGood knowledge of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality and of Customer Data Platform (such as Salesforce CDP, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Tealium, Segment or others)Good understanding of the omnichannel and digital transformation strategies in terms of customer experience, customer KPI's and Data PrivacyFluency in EnglishPassionate and positive attitude essentialGood interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and customersFunzione lavorativa Informatica#J-18808-Ljbffr
