We are looking for candidates who are willing to push boundaries, elevate our global presence, and transform the approach to addressing mental health challenges in various markets.AS A SR ANALYTICS ENGINEER YOU WILL:Collaborate closely with our Data Engineers to design and implement strategies that meet current needs while anticipating future challenges.Leverage your deep expertise in data modeling, warehousing, and analytics to empower stakeholders with actionable insights.Work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and backend engineers, understanding business requirements and translating them into scalable data architectures to ultimately deliver high-quality data products.Take ownership of scaling and evolving the core data model, ensuring simplicity, accessibility, performance, scalability, and reliability. Your role will be crucial in fostering the smooth and organic growth of our presentation, semantic, and self-serve layers.Establish, promote and enforce best practices in data governance, security, and quality across all initiatives and domains.? YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE:At least 3 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, BI Analyst, or a similar role in fast-paced technology companies.Strong technical proficiency, with exceptional coding skills in SQL, Python, or other relevant languages.Experience with data transformation tools (DBT preferred).Experience with BI tools and a solid understanding of KPIs definitions and dashboards creation.A strong curiosity with excellent problem-finding and solving skills, paired with a creative and proactive attitude towards innovative solutions.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
