The Italian and Iberia region has grown exponentially over the last few years to become the biggest chilled juice and smoothie brand in the region. To support this growth, we're looking for an enthusiastic Senior Brand Manager Italy & Iberia , who'll be responsible for the full marketing mix in Italy, Spain, and Portugal, managing two junior Brand Managers. It's the perfect role for someone who likes to be responsible for a wide range of projects, have a great sense of ownership, and always looking for better ways to grow the market with a motivated and fun bunch of people. Your role: Create the annual brand plan for your markets, based on a deep-dive analysis of our portfolio, brand, and category ; Full campaign management, creating a strong activation plan, including creative, media, experiences, and in-store ; Knowing the portfolio in your markets and make recommendations (e.g. new products, new formats, new channels) ; Making sure all our product launches in your markets are a success ; Aligning with the commercial teams, to have marketing and sales working in harmony ; Managing two junior Brand Managers (one in Italy, one in Spain). You'll also: Work in close collaboration with the communication, category management, trade marketing and sales teams, Work with the Group (that's the marketing team at the headquarters in London) and with all the different countries where we're selling our healthy little drinks. Competencies: You have already a significant experience as brand manager, ideally gained within the FMCG sector ; You already have successful managerial experiences ; You have excellent project management skills, able to work on multiple projects at the same time ; Creativity is a passion, and you love to work with agencies to deliver great work that truly breaths the innocent brand ; You're excellent with consumer data (Nielsen, Kantar, GfK), and have the ability to analyse the data to make the right decisions ; You have experience in creating strategical and/or tactical plans, preferably across different markets ; You're a confident self-starter with passion and enthusiasm and have the ability to sink your teeth in projects and show great people skills ; A creative spark combined with good communication skills ; You're pro-active, and able to deliver in a busy environment, great with others and able to engage with cross-functional teams and external partners ; You are an Italian or Spanish native speaker and have proficiency in English ; Add some flair, intelligence, humour, and a sense of teamwork to the above, and there you have our perfect candidate.
