Senior Business Analyst

We're looking for a motivated and data-driven Data Analyst who will help us to shape our analytics team. This position is about analyse sales performance and creating new data model and reporting, taking information from our complex dataset. 
You will be responsible for periodic reports and sales and customer base KPI monitoring.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership• You will analyse sales-dynamics/challenges and Customer Base changes.
• You are a truffle hunter personality - someone who does not give up quickly, finds smart and pragmatic ways through complex datasets and recognizes & connects patterns in customer base and sales KPIs
• You will contribute to projects within Channel strategy teams in cooperation with other departments such as Sales and FinOps, target setting, and cost controlling.
• You will constantly monitor sales and Customer base relevant KPIs and derive actions and recommendations for the business.
• You will extract growth relevant information from our DB/tracking systems and convert complexity into simplicity
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:• Ideally 2+ years of relevant working experience in Marketing Analyst, 
• Excellent use of SAS and analytics MS tools like Excel and Access
• Working experience with reporting tools such as Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI and with database engines 
• Know-how in creating SQL queries is a big plus
