Join our team at Grundfos as we seek a motivated and forward-planning individual to take on the role of Senior Business Developer, Data centers. As part of our Global Sales Development team, you will embark on an exciting journey, traveling to various global locations to fulfill our commitments with customers and sales teams. This global role offers flexibility, as it can be based anywhere in Europe. If you have a 'Can-do' attitude and an interest for promoting business growth, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make a significant impact. What is the job about? As a key member of our team in the capacity of Senior Business Developer, you will contribute significantly to the advancement of our Data Centre offerings and ensure robust support for our sales units. Your main responsibilities: Work with various global locations as part of Global Sales Development to fulfill commitments with customers and sales teams. Demonstrate a proactive 'Can-do' attitude and take direct responsibility for generating opportunities, supporting customer visits, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and presentations. Ensure continuous growth of the Data Centre offerings Opportunity Pipeline, focusing on ETO/Modular/Water Treatment/Distributed Pumping solutions. Implement 'value-added selling' strategies across all offers, including pumps to systems, and establish Grundfos as a comprehensive solution provider. Assist sales teams in introducing new offerings to the Data Center market and understanding Data Center requirements, legislation, and standards. Organize and deliver training sessions for Grundfos employees and clients, tailoring presentations to meet specific needs. Cultivate relationships with peer companies to explore beneficial partnerships. Provide exemplary customer service, support, and timely follow-up on customer needs while maintaining solid relationships with internal stakeholders, Data Center project owners, operators, contractors, and relevant associations. Your background: We imagine that you have/are: Comprehensive understanding of Data Center operations, processes, and regulations. Persuasive influencer with adept communication skills across all Data Center business levels. Proficient in SAP, Power BI, and other customer management software. Strategic thinker capable of prioritizing tasks and delivering high value to clients. Advanced English proficiency with cultural sensitivity across diverse regions. What's in it for you?
