Your tasks: As a Senior Consultant you will support the leading local and international insurance companies on different and challenges topics like: strategic plans, conceptualization and implementation of new service models, improvement of the products portfolio, re-design of the go-to-market strategyYou review strategies, develop alternatives and implement forward-looking conceptsYou analyze client needs and prepare your results in a structured, clear and comprehensible mannerBy taking on responsibility for your own work packages at an early stage you contribute to the success of the project as well as your ownAside from your project work, you also commit to zeb by providing speeches and articles for example in recruiting or innovation management Your skills: Excellent university degree (MBA, Master's degreeor doctorate)After your degree you have gained 2-3 years of professional experience with a consulting company focused on the insurance industry.You are analytically strong, possess excellent structuring skills and combine strategic thinking with a high level of implementation expertiseIn project teams, you are inquisitive, a team player, have a convincing manner, act in a client-centric mannerand think strategically and creativelyYou are fluent in English and Italian, other languages (preferably German) are a plus #jobspreader
