The team offers its services mainly to financial intermediaries operating in the national territory, carrying out projects in the following areas in particular:Strategic business planning: definition of corporate strategies and preparation of industrial plansM&A advisory: advisory in all phases of an extraordinary financial operation, from market scouting to the evaluation of individual assets/companies, from operational support in the M&A process to negotiation support for the conclusion of dealsTransformation management: redesign of organizational and operational models, program management for transformation operations, evaluation of sourcing solutionsMAIN TASKS: Analysis of the operating contexts of client companies, of their historical performance, of the main trends in their operating sector and of the possible evolution of their core businessSupport in the realization of economic-financial and patrimonial projectionsSupport in the identification of the most appropriate KPIs for monitoring business performanceSupport in assessing the economic value of banking and industrial operators, business units, single portfolios, in the context of extraordinary transactionsDrafting of functional documents for commercial development and expert opinions, as an independent third partyPreparation of estimation models and quantitative analysis on economic-financial and equity aspectsUse of software / data provider platforms, to support the preparation of valuation analysisEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCES: Bachelor's degree with high honors in business/financial and management engineering subjectsAt least 1 year of experience in the industryKnowledge of the local banking and financial sector (distinctive element of evaluation)Fluency in English.
