Learn more about the careers and lines of business at wellsfargo.com.In this role, you will:Participate in identifying, assessing, managing, and mitigating current and emerging risk exposures within Control Management functional areaProvide risk management consulting to support the business in designing and implementing risk monitoring metrics, mitigation strategies, business processes, and business controlsMonitor moderately complex business specific programs and provide risk management consulting to support the business in designing and implementing risk mitigation strategiesMonitor, measure, evaluate, and report on the impact of decisions and controls to the relevant business group or functional areaProvide guidance to business groups on the development, implementation, and monitoring of business specific programs to identify, assess, and mitigate riskInterpret and develop policies and procedures directly related to the successful implementation and compliance with accountable programs (e.g. RCSA, ICP, SAA, Risk Measurement, Risk Management Effectiveness)Collaborate with relevant business group to identify current and emerging risks associated with business activities and operationsRequired Qualifications:4+ years of Risk Management or Control Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Experience working in or closely with Wealth and Investment Management lines of business (or external equivalents) sufficient to demonstrate a working knowledge of their products/services, key processes/systems, and organizational structureDirect and proven experience developing and implementing solutions to ensure Risk Measurement, RCSA, ICP and SAA successKnowledge and understanding of operational risk management and risk measurement in the financial services industryAdvanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skillsAbility to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate departmentPrior management consulting firm experience with a focus on operational risk managementJob Expectations:Posting Locations:114 N Beaumont St, Saint Louis, MO 63103550 S.
