Senior Development Project Manager – SolarLeap29 have a fantastic opportunity which is available in Milan, for Senior Development Project Manager, for large scale solar project development across Lazio and Milan.The successful candidate will oversee and streamline the development of multiple projects, whether they're greenfield or partially developed. Your goal is to oversee these projects to fully developed status, ensuring they're Ready to Build within agreed timelines and budgets.Responsibilities include: Establishing budgets and timelines, and managing projects to ensure quality within these parameters.Crafting development strategies tailored to each project's unique conditions for optimal progress.Proactively managing risks to ensure projects are both constructible and marketable.Supervising 2 Junior Project Development Managers.Engaging external consultants and legal experts as needed.Securing essential permits, such as Environmental and Building Permits, until projects reach Ready to Build status.Securing Grid Conditions and Connection Agreements with utility providers.Coordinating land access with the Land Coordinator in the project team.Managing stakeholder relationships through effective communication plans.Conducting Due Diligence for development-related matters during acquisition processes.Staying updated on relevant legislation and market trends.Identifying opportunities for new projects. Profile: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the renewable energy sector, preferably in PV.Bachelor's degree, likely in engineering, environmental science/law, or related fields.Professional conduct and representation of the company.Team player with a focus on delivering results, capable of managing multiple workstreams within budget and time constraints.Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and relationship-building abilities.Leadership and team management experience.Proficiency in MS Office suite.
