THE OPPORTUNITY: We are seeking a talented professional with experience in digital project delivery and a strong passion for technology, looking for a new opportunity as a Senior E-commerce Project Manager, with 4+ years of experience in digital projects delivery/system integrations
What you'll do: Manage and deliver project streams to drive growth in global omni-channel eCommerces for luxury fashion: you'll own a portfolio of complex projects to be delivered (websites, integrations, functionalities) identifying and implementing solutions based on new and already existing technology. You'll be in charge of managing project scope, quality, cost, and speed of execution;
Coordinate resources required for project success (e.g. junior resources, platform experts, development team, logistics, customer service, administration).
Be a point of reference inside and outside TLG supporting projects scoping, requirements definition and prioritization, managing stakeholders during the project's execution (status, risks, concerns, change requests, SLAs), collaborating with other exceptional professionals to maximize your projects results;
Be responsible to introduce innovations for customers and colleagues experience, proactively improving systems, tools and processes as well as promoting a culture of quality;
What we're looking for (not all of the points are needed): 4+ years of experience in digital projects delivery / systems integration
2+ years of experience in e-commerce projects
Experience in managing projects involving PWA, Content Management System, CRM, Email Service Providers and other systems integrations (API and file exchanges).
Proven experience in managing budgets, schedules, resources and estimates, setting project standards and writing documentation
Experience in front-facing clients and managing their expectations
Experience in leading teams, coordinating technical professionals (web developers, sysops, q&a, web designers) and third parties, both internal and external, and ensuring that everyone is aligned on procedures and deadlines
Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize needs into business and product requirements, through schemes and diagrams
Tech geek inside able to understand and discuss technical concepts in a business & creative environment
A roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to make things happen
