We are committed to delivering excellence in every aspect of our operations, and we are seeking a dynamic Senior Financial Controller to join our team.Position Overview :As a Senior Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. You will play a key role in ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization while providing strategic guidance to senior management.Key Responsibilities :· Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.· Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.· Closure of yearly and quarterly Audit on time in coordination with Auditors.· Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.· Manage and optimize the company's cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.· Oversee the preparation of regulatory filings and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency gains.· Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.· Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.Qualifications :· Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; · Minimum of 5years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles in a supervisory or managerial capacity.· Strong technical proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, accounting principles, IFRS, Local GAAP.· Good knowledge of SAP, MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point); · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.· Proven leadership ability, with a track record of driving results and managing high-performing teams.· Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.· Experience working in manufacturing set-up preferably chemical industry.Benefits : Full time Employment, CCNL Chemical Industry, Canteen and company welfare.How to Apply :Interested candidates should submit their resume and cover letter to ******.
