Senior Industrial and Financial ControllerAostaOur Client is the Italian Branch of a Multinational Group operating in the Industrial Sector. In order to strengthen their F&A Department, they are looking for an:Senior Industrial and Financial ControllerThe Senior Industrial and Financial Controller contributes to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all the tasks for the organization.He/she maximises return on financial assets by establishing and implementing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.Key Achievements:Develop, implement, and supervise compliance with internal, state and corporate financial and accounting policies and procedures advising management on needed actions; Develop and supervise the maintaining of timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP); Supervise that all supporting information for the annual audit is ready and correct. Liaise with the Board's Audit Committee and the external auditors as necessary; Develop and supervise the maintaining of financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control and petty cash; Establish guidelines for budget and forecast preparation and prepare the annual budget in consultation with the General Manager and the Group CFO. Establish schedules, collect, analyze, consolidate financial data, recommend plans and act for reaching them.Review monthly results reporting variances to the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer highlighting deviations, risks, and corrective measures; Define, implement and coordinate guidelines and business processes and policies to maintain and strenghten internal controls adopting, if and where required group ones; Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring and enforcing policies and procedures.The Candidates are strong professional Managers with more than 5/6 years of experience in the role in Multinational Companies, preferentially in the Industrial Sector.Fluent Knowledge of English Language is a "must".#J-18808-Ljbffr
