And that's where you come in.MissionWe are currently looking for a Senior Market Strategy Analyst to help manage development and finalisation of the Analysis of Market, Competitors, Customers, working directly with the Head of Market Strategy,Role accountabilities will include but are not limited to:Support the improvement of the processes for the development, management and control of the Market Strategy Analysis within the Railway System Business Unit (RSBU) Support the data collection, consolidation, validation and analysis of them.Support the enhancement of Market analysis, forecasting and reporting activities by working with a wide range of stakeholders within the RSBUCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders and other global functions in-line with the cross-functional processes to manage Market dataSupport development of Market analysis reports in line with business, sector and corporate requirements.Engage with cross functional stakeholders to strengthen and improve accuracy of 'forecasting' processes.Support development of business critical insights and analytics aiming to support the decision making process.About you…Applicants should be able to demonstrate all of the essential requirements listed below:Essential RequirementsHighly numerate, has strong analytical skills and is able to extract key points from large quantities of qualitative and quantitative data.Attention to detail whilst also retaining a view of the bigger picture.Ability to be proactive and work on own initiativeA high level of competence with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Unquestionable integrity and discretion, as will often be privy to confidential information.Ability to develop strong, constructive and focused relationships with cross-functional colleagues and stakeholders;Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment;Excellent English, written and spoken;Desirable RequirementsPrevious experience in sales or projects environmentFamiliarity of tools like Power BI, SalesForce.Experience of working in a global organisationQualificationsDegree level or equivalent relevant experienceWe thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those under consideration will be contacted.
