col-wideJob Description:Job Description:Missione:Garantire prestazioni di eccellenza da parte dei fornitori chiave, gestendo eventuali criticità e implementando attività di prevenzione sulla base fornitori esistenteAttività:-Lead a team of Supplier Managers providing standard methods in supplier management-Manage the escalation process understanding the criticalities in material availability provided by the team-Understand the major issues in material availability in respect of the internal LHD customer-Guarantee the orderbook aggregation between all Leonardo geographies/business in case of common suppliers-Manage high level relationships for both internal Leonardo customers (Industrial Operation and Customer Support in all Leonardo geographies) and vendors organization-Organize meetings, phone call, working party, visits with vendors at a proper accountable level-needs -Understand vendor's issues generating misalignments between Leonardo needs and vendor delivery dates -Prioritize vendor activities and address the proper recovery actions working with the vendors organization-Understand and address internal Leonardo issues that prevent vendors to repair/send parts-Provide feedback to the internal Leonardo customers at a proper organization levelSeniority:Senior
