Senior Non Life Reserving Actuary (Stipendiocompetitivo)

JOB PURPOSE/ROLEThe candidate will be part of the Non Life Actuarial Department in the Finance Area. The candidate, through actuarial and quantitative competencies, will be involved in calculating the reserves according to the different accounting principles and in supporting the business in the profitability analysis. The Non Life Actuarial Department covers the following areas of responsibility for all the Italian Non Life Companies of the Group: •    Data exploration and trend analysis of profitability development •    Actuarial modeling of claims and premium reserve in accordance with Local Gaap, IFRS 4,  Solvency II (Market Value Balance Sheet) and IFRS 17 principles •    Develop and update of actuarial models and processes for reserve calculation •    Actuarial analysis of both gross and ceded reserves •    Support and actuarial analysis in planning future claims developmentsThe job requires ongoing updates on both Actuarial skill and regulatory developments regarding IFRS 17 and Solvency II.KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE •    Master's degree in Actuarial Sciences or eventually DA, Statistics, Mathematics or similar •    A previous Non Life Actuarial experience (3-5 years) in an Insurance Company or in a Consulting firm  •    Excellent communication skills and teamworking ability •    Curiosity and enthusiasm •    Analytical and problem-solving skills •    Result driven team player •    Strong ability to work under pressure and sharply meet deadlines •    Familiarity in working with actuarial/ statistic software, programming languages and database query •    High proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications •    Excellent Italian and Fluent English (written and spoken) 18786 | Actuarial | Professional | Non-Executive | Allianz Italy | Full-Time | PermanentAllianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
