AziendaIl nostro Partner in questo progetto di ricerca è un'Azienda organizzatrice di Tour guidati sia in Italia che all'estero.In ottica di ulteriore stutturazione dell'organico si valuta l'inserimento di un/una Senior Operations Manager.Sede: Roma/ possibilità di Smart Working.Job DescriptionRole missionImprove guided tour experiences across major EU cities by improving operational processes, leading strategic initiatives, driving efficiency and elevating the local teams' performance.Job descriptionWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Operations Manager to take a crucial role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations in all the European cities where we offer guided tours.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Initiatives: Lead and execute cross-departmental projects autonomously and with minimal guidance.Team Leadership: Act as a leader for local teams of Tour Guides Coordinators, ensuring seamless tour operations in every city.Performance Enhancement: Take ownership of steering and increasing the department's performance.Analytical Insights: Run analyses, develop reports, and create dashboards to provide valuable insights into operational performance, guiding data-driven decision-making.CRM Optimization: Collaborate closely with the tech department to continuously optimize our proprietary CRM tool, ensuring it aligns with evolving business needs.Competenze ed esperienzaDesired ExperienceProven experience leading teams to optimize processes and deliver results, preferably in ecommerce, for at least 2-3 years.Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or Management required. Preferably, experience in complex high-volume organizations.Working experience in the tourism industry is preferred.Desired Skills & Capabilities Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Italian, with excellent communication skills (verbal and written). French is a strong plus.Analytical skills: Expert in Microsoft Excel with proven experience in complex data analysis and creating dashboards to track KPI performance.SQL is a plusTech-Savviness: Demonstrated ability to continuously improve technology products and work closely with colleagues in Product&Tech.Proactivity and Hands-On Attitude: Self-starter with a proactive approach, capable of acting independently and delivering results with minimal guidance.Excellent organizational and time-management skills with precision and attention to detail.Completa l'offertaSi offre contratto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato e retribuzione commisurata all'esperienza maturata.Sede: Roma/ Possibilità di Smart Working.#J-18808-Ljbffr
