Will be responsible for vetting Borrower's compliance certificates and financial statements. Respond to Borrower's and Sponsor's ad-hoc requests.Draft amendment, waiver and maturity extension request memos on an as needed basis.The position requires a candidate to have strong presentation, credit and analytical skills that can multi-task and work in a high paced team environment.Assist with special projects, audits, and other ad hoc duties on an as needed basis.Will interact with Credit Management, Borrowers, support Senior Underwriters, Operations and Closing teams, and collaborate with peers.The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $145,000 to $200,000 per year .
