Own the roadmap to set foundation for long-term scalability & growth while executing short-term business value to drive adoption and end-user valueAnalyze and extract insights from clients, data, and competitive landscape to product backlog and prioritizationUnderstand core business problems, internal & external customer needs and translate those into actionable plansContinuously monitor key metrics and performance indicators to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and measure the impact of product enhancementsInitiate, document, and gather requirements from stakeholders and other sourcesBuild strong relationships with internal and external customers to drive adoption and usageWork closely with design, engineering, project management,QA, and other internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality executionAct as the subject matter expert (SME) and primary product contact for component and/or product at focusWhat We're Looking For 4+ years of end to end product management experienceExperience in a software product development environmentExperience and proficiency with business management tools Jira, G Suite, Lucid, Adobe Analytics and MS suiteAbility to rapidly gain a deep understanding of the problem space and the various verticals to help craft product vision and prioritiesStrong communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understood termsStrong planning skills and demonstrated ability to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain close attention to detail, and drive work on multiple pieces of functionality in parallel that are at different stages in the product life cycleAbility to support Agile Scrum methodologies or waterfall methodologiesBonus Points Bachelor's Degree in product management, business administration, engineering or a related fieldExperience building B2B productsAppreciation for data and data-backed product developmentKnowledge of web analytics and engagement trend definitionUnderstanding of product development processes and team dependenciesSo come and join our team - because every role is a big role in our plans to go big.
