Strategic Account Management in collaboration with Acronis Account Managers to influence, develop, and manage sales account strategiesFacilitate and manage customer evaluations, and proof of concept activities for Acronis' solutionsPerform technical troubleshooting and achieve technical wins during the pre- sales processPosition compelling solutions targeted at solving the customer's business problems, over and above specific technical requirements, and acting as technical advisor to the customerConduct hands-on demonstrations and knowledge transfer of Acronis' solutions to customers/channel partnersGather technical requirements, develop cost-effective designs and solutions, and present them in front of our prospectsDevelop response to RFIs & RFPsAnalyze prospective partners' and customers' business requirements, go to market strategy, security, audit, retention, and other policies associated with protection or transfer of dataIdentify needs to integrate MSPs RMM platforms with our Acronis Platform.
