Day-To-Day: Lead consulting and implementation projects for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Define client specific solution architectures for ALM, with focus on Application Architecture or Technical Architecture as required Analyze requirements, design solutions, and successfully implement them with the help of cross-functional teams Ensure quality through appropriate methods and software engineering processes Design standardized solution components as part of the Services portfolio Support the further development of methods and strategies of PTC Customer Success in ALM Identification of potential new projects with customers and support acquisition of this new business Technical support of sales and marketing activities for strategic customers in EMEAI Your Profile: Educational background in Engineering/Industrial Engineering or Computer Science (Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent experience)4+ years of experience in business processes or IT consulting e.g., as Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Software Developer or technical Project Management Able to work autonomously and focus on goals Customer experience or customer service-oriented Experience in conducting and managing workshops Experience in designing, configuring and customizing Codebeamer Knowledge of IT architecture related to ALM (client-server, cloud, SaaS, ...), software development, interface and web technologies, and database systems Understanding Digital Thread in the areas of PLM to IoT Specific ALM industry knowledge, e.g., from the automotive industry, automotive supplier industry, aerospace, medical technology, electronics & high-tech, mechanical and plant engineering, etc. Prior experience with Codebeamer, systems engineering, model-based systems engineering is a must Business fluent English is a must, German/French is a plus Willingness to travel About PTC (NASDAQ: PTC) PTC enables global manufacturers to realize double-digit impact with software solutions that enable them to accelerate product and service innovation, improve operational efficiency, and increase workforce productivity.
