We support sustainable projects with social and environmental impact, capable of capturing CO2, preserving forests, protecting ecosystems and developing sustainable technologies.Today, we are a true green team: a close-knit team of people who strongly believe in a more sustainable present and choose to work every day to have a positive impact on the world around us.We are looking for a Senior Sustainability Consultant that will report directly to the Co-Founder and Chief Sustainability Officer in Up2You's Sustainability team, the team that holds and develops the company's technical know-how with respect to sustainability and climate change issues.You will be responsible for coordinating complex projects for client companies, managing teams of consultants in the project, and collaborating on the development of Up2You's digital products.You will have to interface with management figures and front lines of important Italian and international companies and you will be the reference for Up2You's internal teams on sustainability and carbon footprint issues.In your typical day, you willCoordinate, manage and implement sustainability projects for Italian and international corporate clients;Coordinate and manage activities of consultant teams involved on the project;Conduct meetings, workshops, trainings aimed at corporate top management, sustainability managers or technical referees.RequirementsWe are specifically looking for you if you haveTechnical skills:Carbon footprint;Sustainability reporting;LCA;Decarbonization and sustainability strategies;Adherence to international initiatives / certifications / industry standards (ISO 14064, ISO 14067, ISO 14068, CDP, SBTi, B Corp...).Soft skills:Strong effective communication skills in dealing with senior level client executives;Ability to manage projects, client relationships, and business aptitude;Knowledge and continuous updating on ESG issues;Ability to develop documents to support effective communication in a consulting environment;Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken);Willingness to travel domestically and internationallyRequirements:Minimum 2-3 years working experience in consulting, ESCo or corporate sustainability departments;Proficiency in ItalianYou are ideal for Up2You ifYou have a marked results orientation.
