In this role you will be responsible for product quality, through the design, implementation and execution of tests.You will have the freedom to work remotely or, if you prefer, come to our amazing office in the heart of Bologna!What will you do?Ensure that our products and applications work correctly;Assess software quality through manual and functional tests;Execute test cases and be able to prepare detailed report results;Evaluate product compliance according to acceptance criteria based on specification;Report bugs and errors to development teams;Conduct testing before release / and post-implementation testing;Contributing in Design test protocols for automated End2End testing;Have a proactive 'can-do' attitude to overcome technical and process challenges;Write documentation for automated processes including test plans, test procedures, and test cases;Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.QualificationsA bachelor degree (preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or any related field)At least 1 year of professional experience as a software testerExcellent ability to document and troubleshoot errorsExtreme attention to detail and solid analytical skillsAnalytical mind and problem-solving aptitudeStrong organizational skillsUnderstanding of object-oriented conceptsItalian mother tongueKnowledge of Google SuiteAdditional InformationHow does the selection process work?Aninterview with a member of the HR team to get to know you and understand your interests and motivationAninterview with the hiring manager that includes somepractical exercisesA final interview with the head of the department and theproduct managerBENEFITS A dynamic and informal work environment that values all employees Share options plan after 6 months of effective work with us Full Remote work with the possibility of coming to our offices in Bologna/Barcelona, as you prefer!Additional day off for your birthday????A close-knit team of professionals, willing to share their expertise. #J-18808-Ljbffr
