Our Laboratory Division is looking for: Software Specialist - Mettler Toledo Laboratory Software Solutions Our precision instruments are the foundation of research and quality control labs all over the world. High-performance weighing solutions offer a basis for solid R&D results. Pipettes are an essential tool for life science research. Thermal analysis instruments help to improve materials and their thermal behavior. Automated chemistry solutions accelerate the development of new chemicals. This is in some words MT Laboratory Division. The candidate will report to the Head of Product Management and will be part of the Product Management Team. Main responsibilities: Develop Mettler Toledo laboratory software solutions business by supporting the entire sales cycle in both pre (seminars, demonstrations, method development, IT support in terms of architecture, network, DataBase) and post sales phases (installation, qualification, instruments connections, troubleshooting, online and onsite application support and training). Support the Sales Team in the proposition of software solutions by analyzing customer needs in terms of identification of laboratory workflows; develop methods on the case of specific customer needs and data management in accordance with the principles of data integrity. Identify and develop new projects in market sectors where to propose software solutions and related instrumentation for the realization of customized workflows on customer specifications. Propose marketing activities to optimize the penetration of specific market sectors. Being the link between the Market Organization and the Headquarter for what concerns updates, new products, training and development. Software involved: LabX (used to manage Weighing Solution and Analytical instruments, data collection and integrations into systems, ensuring easy data transfer, traceability and data integrity); PipetteX (Rainin Pipette Management); Calibry (Pipette calibration software) #J-18808-Ljbffr
