Job Description:DXC Technology is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.Description:Knowledge to solve complex business issuesFrequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.Lead requirements management and change management processes.May provide mentoring and guidance to younger employees.Combine industry expertise with a thorough understanding of information technology to develop innovative business solutions.Promote and direct process improvement activities and training of peers and clients.Qualifications/Technical Skillset:Determination using structured techniques for documentation, analysis, evaluation/ validation.Decomposition of high-level information into details;Defining and managing scope and client expectations, requirements change management and traceability;Classifying prioritizing requirements; Object Oriented techniques using UML models;Applying creativity/ innovation to solving complex problems; building relationships and working collaboratively;Effective verbal/ written communication; preparing and delivering effective presentations;Function Point counting; survey design and execution; statistical analysis; Visualization modeling; Business rules modeling; develop and executing acceptance test plans.Requirements:Experience in Public Sector.IIBA CBAP™ (or equivalent) certification obtained.Technical degree or equivalent cultural levelMinimum 5 years of professional experience in similar rolesMandatory fluency in Italian and English
