Sponsored Meta Ad, Web Fundraising Developer For Rhinoceros Conservation

Do you want to work with conservation in Africa?
I work with a new 501(c)(3), formed to support the largest rhinoceros conservation NGO in Namibia. We're facing a crisis. We've recently been hit with an unprecedented drought, and our rhinos will starve if we can't put together emergency funding. To that end, I want to hire someone to help put together a sponsored ad/sponsored post on Facebook. Any other ideas in terms of emergency fundraising are also appreciated.
We have been getting by with grants and donations, but with our current situtation, and increasing costs due to climate change and our anti-poaching patrols, we need to build a fundraising organization here in the States. For now we are looking to hire someone to launch a single campaign to get us through the drought, for which we have some budget money. Hopefully it will go well and we can move forward with more, including expanding our web presence and social media outreach.
I put $5000 - 10,000 in the salary box because an amount was required, but I really don't know what's appropriate. If this looks interesting, propose something and let me know what you need to do it.
