SENIOR USER EXPERIENCE DESIGNERCOMPANY & ROLE HILIGHTSFresenius Medical Care, worldwide multinational company leader in the production of dialysis machinery and in the delivery of services for the treatment of renal insufficiency, is looking for aSenior User Experience Designer for the Digital Services and Solutions team.The required profile will report to the Director of User Experience – Digital Services and Solutions.The position is based in everywhere Italy, with an Italian contract and 100% of remote working.The Senior UX Designer is responsible for the creation and maintenance of UX artifacts and documentation for variety of web and mobile projects including embedded software on medical devices. This includes mockups, interactive prototypes, service blueprints, user journey, process flowcharts and user scenarios. The designer will perform holistic, formative UX research to help develop strategic vision for the future of our products and services and enhancement of existing products.The Senior Designer will participate in maturing Design System, system usability guidelines & standards, page template guidelines and the processes to deliver on time and of high quality. The Senior Designer will also ensure all digital user experience designs for the projects support business objectives.CRITICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPartner with various stakeholders to deliver online and embedded experiences while supporting the overall roadmap strategy ensuring positive impact to Fresenius patients and healthcare providers.Own multiple projects across different workstreams.Create UI and visual design in collaboration with other team members in an open, supportive and collaborative manner.Design and execute user research studies relevant for each project in accordance with the best practices of the User Experience.Collaborate with Human Factors Engineering team on conducting formative usability studies.Manages overall client communications related to the execution of a project.Serve as a Human Centered Design and User Experience ambassador across entire organization.Co-develop and define creative vision for the evolution of Design System.Participate in design reviews and feedback sessions.Mentor and coach junior designers.Possess solid understanding of UX processes, tools, and templates.Stay informed and updated with the latest UX trends and industry standards.Performs other related duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTSBachelor or Master degree in Human fields, Industrial/Product Design, Cognitive/Experimental/ Behavioral Psychology, Anthropology, or related fields (or equivalent professional experience).5+ years' experience in UX Design.Experience with Mobile Applications / Native Apps.Medical device experience is preferred.Practical understanding of UI front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS, Angular, React, Java Script) is a plus.Experience designing user interfaces for a variety of medium (desktop, touch screen, mobile, etc.) and different platforms (Android, iOS, etc.)Working knowledge Figma.NB: FOR THE SELECTION PROCESS A PORTFOLIO OF WORKS IS REQUIREDSKILLS & PERSONAL TRAITSProactive, self-learner, self-directed and self-motivated.Poised under pressure; able to think on one's feet.Highly organized and detail oriented.Strong written, verbal, visual communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under tight schedules and multi-task.Professionals aligned with the required profile will be contacted.
