Within the International Department, that manages relationships with partners and foreign affiliates, contributes to the maintenance and development of relationships with international players and promotes potential business development initiatives, we are looking for a brilliant resource that, supporting the Asset Management team, will mainly deal with:
Support in the management of relations with international associates and their co-shareholders; Analysis and preparation of all necessary materials for Board meetings and induction to Board of Directors members; support the drafting of the Snam strategic plan for the International Asset section; monitoring of any deviation from budget and proposing correcting actions; ensuring coordination between Snam experts and Associates for specific tasks/projects; proposal and implementation of economic-industrial targets aligned with Snam expectations, monitoring of trends and identifying improvement action if needed; preparation of notes and position papers for Snam top management in preparation of strategic meetings (i.e. political/institutional, executive meetings etc.); frequent interaction with associates top management (CEO, CFO, Directors, etc.); support to investor relations team in preparation of call with investors and market presentations; preparation of material for Snam Board of Directors Meeting and internal executive meetings (ie. Business review etc.); Support in identifying and coordinating business development opportunities and provision of services that can be deployed by Snam. The role ensures high visibility on strategic topics including view of the board documents, discussion on strategic planning and road towards energy transition etc.
The ideal profile meets the following requirements:
Must have Degree in Economics or Engineering or other STEM disciplines; Excellent knowledge of the Office package; Strong interest in the gas market and infrastructure; Interest for multi-disciplinary activities. Nice to have Previous experience in the Natural Gas sector; Coming from the consulting world; Excellent communication, presentation and relational skills. Soft Skills Reliability, precision, proactive and curious attitude; Excellent prioritization and task planning skills; Tight deadline management, ability to work under pressure; Excellent relational/communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of the organization; Strong analytical and interpretation skills of information and data.
