Angelini Pharma is looking for a brilliant candidate to fill the position as CFR Training Advisor.Areas of responsibility:Providing for the analysis, identification and collection of the specialized technical training needs of the personnel involved, mainly aimed at Medical Presentation (e.g.role-playing) or sales. Working closely with the managers in order to help improve skills and competencies as defined by the models shared with the Global BEX;Developing high-quality and innovative training content and support programs aimed at developing the specialized technical skills of the CFRs in accordance with what has been defined by Global BEX, working closely with the managers in charge;Implementing the tools identified by the Global BEX to support CFR coaching and training activities;Directly organizing training and onboarding programs relative to the population in question. When necessary, directly conducting training on the subjects in question;Directly organizing on field coaching programs, with a coverage of the strategic target appropriate to the objectives set and efficient tracking of growth areas and progress. After assessing the efficiency of the coaching programs provided, evaluating the need to conduct targeted training plans;Measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the training programs  by monitoring centrally defined and uniform indicators for all the Angelini Pharma countries. Using the appropriate reports, collecting the results of training, sharing them with the direct manager and centrally with Global BEX to define possible areas of intervention;Maintaining and keeping the specific company systems dedicated to training updated, adding the training activities provided in order to guarantee the constant updating of the employee's training CV. Being the reference point for the training platform, also with a view to continuous improvement.Requirements:Bachelor or Master's degree in Science.At least 3-4 years of experience a Pharmaceutical Rep PLUS 3-4 years of experience as a Training Specialist or Field Trainer.Previous experience in designing and conducting training programs in pharmaceutical context.In-depth knowledge of best practices in the field of Pharmaceutical Rep's training and development.Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to people at all organizational levels.Ability to work in team and manage projects independently.Knowledge of online training systems and technologies.Data-oriented and ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis.
