This position is focused on Business Management, Dealer operational Knowledge and client handling skills.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEssential duties Plan, organise, develop and deliver, within the agreed deadlines, Business Management (BM) services to the client onsite support.Ensure the accuracy of accounting and financial data sent by the client's dealership network. Check, analyse and follow-up the financial data submitted adhering to internal quality control standards and client requirementsAssist the client in analysing Business Management information and concepts, working onsite with the client.Support Dealer on defining the appropriate internal process and accountancy rules also through the usage of dealer data management system (DMS) in order to obtain an appropriate classification and monitoring of main Dealer KPI'sProcess client's data using internal softwareServe as a contact for, and develops relationships with, the client in order to assist in long-term business development effectively and to respond to client requests and inquiries in a timely mannerCoordinate with individuals or teams to complete analyses, tasks and projects on time and with high qualityAttend project meetings and participates in presenting project status updates to client representatives or internal management to clearly communicate project status, conclusions and resultsWork with manager actively to understand and implement solutions to improve client satisfaction.Qualifications - Education and ExperienceRequired:· Based in Milan (or Northern Italy) onsite with client 2-3 days per week· Relevant 2-3 years experience to the role (5 years preferred)· Experience on the automotive sector· Verbal and written communication in Italian and fluent in English.
