Strategic Accounts Director What you will be doing: Responsible for all aspects of Customer Relationships, from lead generation, through field trials and production support Understand LiDAR performance requirements, explain Voyant LiDAR performance characteristics to a high level of technical detail.  Verifying system operation is consistent with system models, either from internal or customer field operations Respond to customer requests and create and perform experiments to demonstrate best operation of our products What we need from you: Deep understanding of the usefulness and impact of LiDAR for multiple industries. Ability to learn differentiating traits of Voyant's products relative to competitors Ability to understand customer needs, listen to customer needs, and connect them to Voyant capabilities.
