Pharma Point behalf of a Big Biopharmaceutical Company is seeking for a Strategic Insight Analyst (remote position).Being part of the discussions on analytical problems between local and corporate organization and within local organization (marketing, sales, medical, access…) and reporting to the General Manager yuou will be responsible for:Support and contribute to the preparation of actions on all data, analytics and performance topics by bridging technical expertise with operational expertise/commercial business.Support and consult the local organisation to collect, refine and prioritize business hypothesis and any new developments.Support campaign/product owners and data scientists in defining and implementing campaign/tactic/platform specific KPIs and performance tracking metrics.Insights generation: market research implementation, in-depth analysis provided to Marketing, Sales and Leadership Team, underlying market dynamics of whole portfolioAlign results with top Management.Make insights visible & presentable to the Management team and other commercial and financial stakeholders.Translate conclusions in targets for the entire commercial organization.Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate insights on main stakeholders in support of improved marketing & sales strategy.Work closely with the different stakeholders on Business case for the future product launches.Professional experience & EducationBachelor's Degree + MBAA minimum of 5 years experience in business analytics team within pharma Companies or management consultancySkills and Competencies:Experience within Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry (Must have)Web Analytics (or similar tool)Microsoft Office Proficiency (primarily Excel)Energetic, self-motivatedDemonstrated problem solving skillsData-driven, process-oriented, and collaborativeCritical ThinkingLeading/Influence without authoritySolid communication skillsCross-Commercial interactionsFluent English (Level C1)
