To take our company to an international level, we are currently looking for a Strategy Associate to join the International team: this position offers an opportunity to drive innovation in the mental health landscape, leading our solutions to create profound international impact. We are looking for a real visionary, someone who is willing to push boundaries, ramping up our global game and totally changing the script of how we address mental health challenges in different markets. AS A STRATEGY ASSOCIATE YOU WILL: Provide analytical support and manage a diverse range of organizational initiatives, including strategy definition, research and analysis, execution coordination, and leadership; Maintain reports and dashboards, and prepare Board presentations and reports to support decision-making processes; Work closely with the management team to identify strategic priorities and coordinate their execution, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic integration across the organization; Conduct market analysis and competitive research to uncover trends and opportunities for growth, and develop performance metrics to align strategic initiatives with organizational goals; Engage in active stakeholder management, communicating strategic plans and updates effectively to both internal and external partners; Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions to drive innovation and enhance decision-making, and utilize data-driven insights for operational improvements and new initiatives; Monitor industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring that all strategies and projects are compliant with legal standards. ? YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF: You will: Be fluent in English Be fluent in either Spanish, French or Italian Demonstrate problem-solving acumen with an analytical mindset; Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral), and have demonstrated throughout your career your ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and stakeholders; Have experience understanding management and business requirements and translating them into reports; Be able to proactively spot inefficiencies, understand root causes and propose data driven actions; Be able to drive KPI management, and to come up with data insights based on KPI observation; Be able to prioritize independently multiple responsibilities and work well under the pressure of deadlines. Strong project management skills are a must.
